Hillcrest Community School PTSA

Hillcrest Parent, Teacher and Student Association (PTSA) meetings are open to all members of the Hillcrest community. We are committed to creating a community where parents, teachers and students can feel connected, informed and involved in a meaningful way.

We invite you to attend meetings to meet people, learn about our school and provide input. Childcare for school-age children is provided. Any family in need of transportation to the meeting may contact Dinna Wade-Ardley, Director of Educational Equity, at 952-681-6417.

Meetings are 6:15-7:15 p.m. in the Hillcrest Media Center on the following dates:

Volunteer at Hillcrest

Anyone who wishes to volunteer at Hillcrest must complete the process with the Volunteer Connection Program. Emily Gagnon, the Coordinator of Volunteer Experiences, emailed all volunteers over the summer requesting them to respond with their birthday. If you did not respond to the email you are no longer cleared to be in the building as a volunteer. This is a new requirement with the new system, Raptor. You have to complete step 2 listed on the website before you can volunteer. If you are unsure if your volunteer profile is still active, please reach out to Lisa in the front office or Volunteer Connection at egagnon@isd271.org.
